Managed redesign and implementation of reworked Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for 100M+ client in the distribution space.  Through partnership with outsource software vendors, warehouse design consultant & client resources we improved customer throughput by over 50%.

Implemented new Site-to-Site VPN for DFW based Recreational Vehicle dealership which allowed for new connectivity to their dealership network and improve both performance and productivity for the client.  With the help of both project management and consulting we implemented both hardware and software to support this new high-speed connection. 

Deployed Capstan's own backup solution for small technology company in order to support multi tier Disaster Recovery.  This plan allows for quick recovery from failures and breaches via onsite backups while also implementing a complete offsite Disaster Recovery plan that allows recovery from anything from fire to the zombie appocalypse.

Performed Planning, Project Management and Implementation of new phone system and phone services for corporate client with over 50 seats deployed.  Provided dramatically better performance by replacing old analog phones with modern VOIP based digital phones.  Implemented state of the art calling technology that dramatically lowered cost of phone service -- so much that the savings would pay for a brand new phone system in less than 1 year!

Implemented home automation system for client with multiple residences including including rental home.  With a turn-key Capstan Services project the new system allows the owner to control and monitor all his homes while also keeping an eye on his disparate properties via the 24x7 video motioning system.  This system was implemented using commercially available products in order to provide for future growth and limit the lock-in that increase costs and limit flexibility on manyproprietary systems.
